Cryoprotective media With DMSO

Cryoprotective media With DMSO provides cryoprotection with proven significant recovery. Exposing cells to temperatures below 0°C without the aid of cryoprotectants typically cause cell death. During cryopreservation cooling aqueous solutions below the equilibrium freezing point inevitably result in the formation of ice crystals in the extracellular media and a decrease in the concentration of water .

Cryoprotective Media With DMSO allows the cryoprotective agent to get inside the cells instantly and lower cell death because of penetration / freezing in absence of any serum or animal product. That will inevitably,  cause a decrease in concentration of water which has two key consequences:
