Additionally, low fungicide antibiotic mix suites cells show sensitivity to higher amount of Amphotericin B.

PurMaTM Antibiotic Mix Solution (Low Fungicide 2.5 µg/ml) (100X) generally prevents contamination of the four main pathogens in cell culture. Those are bacteria, mold/ yeast, virus as well as mycoplasma. Moreover, when cells divide in media, it carries contamination along to the daughter cells. Additionally, low fungicide antibiotic mix suits cells that show sensitivity to higher amounts of Amphotericin B.
